Yes! Why not get on the Bunk Line from Cholsey to Wallingford? When buying your ticket on the GWR website, make your destination is Cholsey and change at Cholsey for the Wallingford Bunk Line (signposted). Trains start at 2:00 pm Friday to Sunday at 6:00 pm.
