Award-winning local breweries, Hook Norton, Loddon Brewery and Loose Cannon, are the festival’s joint sponsors for 2026.

As part of their sponsorship, the three breweries have collaborated again to produce exclusive beers for BunkFest. These beers were so successful in the past, they sold out before the end of the festival.

Good news for beer lovers! This year, production of your favourite festival brews has been ramped up, so keep an eye out for BunkFest Amber, BunkFest Pale, BunkFest Mild, BunkFest Lager, and the BunkFest IPA along with new additions of BunkFest Nitro Stout and BunkFest Pilsner!

Local beer is best! As well as the excellent beers supplied by Loddon, Loose Cannon and Hook Norton, we have a variety of local independent breweries close to Wallingford producing some excellent beers.

All beers and ciders are proudly supplied by local producers, helping to reduce the festival’s carbon footprint while supporting local jobs and businesses.

Cider drinker? We have a great range of real ciders available from a number of producers. These include Tutt’s Clump and Hook Norton.

Bars

There are three bars at the festival:

The BEER TENT
Offering a selection of over 20 beers as varied as the artists at the festival, with an emphasis on local independent breweries.
The MAIN STAGE BAR
Adjacent to the main stage, this bar will be selling our sponsors’ BunkFest Amber, Bunkfest Mild, BunkFest Pale, Bunkfest Lager and BunkFest IPA.
The BULLCROFT BAR
This is located in the by the second stage in the Bullcroft, this bar will be selling our sponsors’ BunkFest Amber, BunkFest Mild, BunkFest Pale, BunkFest IPA, BunkFest Pilsner and BunkFest Lager.

All bars will also sell a selection of ciders, wine and soft drinks.

Hook Norton	Bunkfest Mild	2.8%	A true to type, no nonsense, honest Mild. Dark chestnut and full of roasty toasty malt flavours complemented with superb dry-hop floral aromas of light spice and everything nice.
Hook Norton	BunkFest Nitro Stout	4.2%	This latest innovation brings the rich, smooth character of Merula Stout to life with a velvety nitro-infused pour. With its signature notes of dark chocolate, roasted coffee, and subtle sweetness, the Nitro Merula delivers a fuller, creamier taste while maintaining the bold flavours.
Loddon	Bunkfest Pale	3.9%	An Easy drinking sessionable pale ale. Hopped with bobeck, brewers gold and citra for a lovely gentle citrus finish.
Hook Norton	BunkFest Pilsner	4.9%	New & Exclusive for Bunkfest 2026 – A crisp and refreshing Pilsner with subtle biscuit notes, a firm, lasting head, and a clean, balanced bitterness. Aromas of spicy hops, green fruit, cracked pepper, and sweet lemon create a bright and inviting character. Gluten Free.
Heaven & Helles	Low Alcohol Lager	0.5%	The classic German hop duo of Tettnanger and Hallertauer Mittelfrüher create a beautiful blend of light floral and herbal aromas in this gluten free helles lager.

Re-usable souvenir beer glasses

Since 2012 we have only sold drinks in reusable souvenir glasses. By doing so, we have considerably reduced our waste generation. It also means you spill less of your pints because the souvenir glasses are far more robust.

The continued sponsorship of these glasses is kindly given by a local firm and supporter of many events in the area, MasterFloors.

You will be able to buy the glasses from the volunteer beer and wine glass sellers clearly signposted by the beer tent and from the Festival Shop.

Ordering your beer

Beers are arranged alphabetically behind the bar. For quicker service, choose beers that are alphabetically close to where you are queuing! Our bar staff are all volunteers, so please be kind to them and be patient at busy times. If you are visiting us on Sunday, then please be prepared for the choice of beer to diminish as the day progresses.
