Teel-Dah

Teel-Dah is a Swedish sound artist, sound therapist, singer, and music producer based in South East London. Her music blends Nordic folk traditions, jazz, electronica, and cinematic soundscapes to create immersive, intimate performances that feel rooted in ritual and nature. She draws inspiration from the landscapes and sounds of her heritage, and aims to craft music that resonates emotionally and physically with the audience.

Teel-Dah will also be running Sound Bath sessions at The Magic Teapot.

After a vocal injury led her to rediscover her voice through sound, she became fascinated by the way vibration can support the nervous system, emotional wellbeing, and deep rest. In this workshop, Tilda will introduce the foundations of sound healing, exploring how sound and frequency can influence the body and mind, followed by a gentle guided meditation and a short immersive sound bath using voice, singing bowls, chimes, and other resonant instruments. No experience is needed—just come with an open mind.

Each session begins with a short guided meditation and gentle breathwork to help participants arrive, ground, and shift into a more present and relaxed state. From there, the experience unfolds as a live soundscape—part meditation, part sonic exploration—where instruments and voice create evolving layers of sound and resonance.

The sound journey lasts around 60 minutes, followed by an optional 10 minutes for reflection and integration at the end.
