Matt Sparkes

Matt Sparkes is an improviser, actor, and teacher who has been performing improvised theatre for over a decade. He is the founder of Improv Discovery and Co-Director of the Oxford Improv Festival. Trained by leading improvisers from around the world and accredited in the Gonsalves Method (Meisner Technique updated for the modern actor), Matt performs with Poetry Corner, What You Will: Improvised Shakespeare, Matt Plus Friend, and Moses & Sparkes, bringing together poetry, storytelling, and improvisation in his work.
